Glazing Options

Builtmore’s sealed units are manufactured with state of the art glass process system lines from glass cutting, washing, joining and sealing as well as filling the units with argon gas is fully automated. This guarantees the best quality of the Builtmore WINDOW systems sealed units. Also available are breather tubes for High Altitude applications unlike conventional sealed units these units are specifically designed to handle this application.

Builtmore offers as well our finest triple glazing system with two low emissivity coatings and single clear in the center with our Warm Edge spacer system. This steel edge spacer yields a five-fold improvement in heat insulation compared with the standard aluminum spacers.

The new SUPERthermo glass unit is made of three glass panels separated by a Warm Edge Spacer in which the surfaces 2 & 5 are coated with low emissivity films, and the cavity between the panes is filled with argon. The heat transmission coefficient for the SUPERthermo glass is Ug=0.5 W/m2K. We have managed to obtain such an outstanding result due to applying wider, 16mm distance between the panes.
